How to Complete a Self-Assessment

A self assessment is a test designed to quiz you on the materials you have covered on a topic, to see how much you've remembered so that you get an idea of how well you have absorbed the learning in the topic.

A self assessment is divided into several sections, each covering an area of the topic.

Each section is made up of  variety of questions.

Multiple Choice

You will have to select one/several correct answers (see the text of the question for more info).

Some multiple choices only require you to select one answer, whilst others require you to select multiple answers. The number of required answers will be mentioned in the question text.

True or False?

You will be presented with a statement and you will have to select whether you think the statement is true or false.

Matching

Here you will have to match several answers. Pair them up.

You will need to answer the questions correctly to advance. If you answer a question incorrectly you will be prompted to try the question again.

If you get a question right you will immidiately advance to the next question. If you get a question wrong you will be told and made to retry the question. If you get a question wrong three times in a row then you will advance to the next question.

Once you have completed all the sections please click the "Finish Self Assessment" button below.

At the end of the self assessment you will be presented with a score. This is only for your reference and will not have any bearing on your grade.

If you are having any problems please email support@edmworks.com.

Once you have completed a section you will be returned to the main page where you will be able to choose the next section you would like to complete. You may attempt the sectons in any order you like.

If you are having any difficultly with the questions please refer to the course materials.
